There were six games played in the Manderwood Pembrokeshire Football League First Division on a cold, dull Saturday afternoon.

Scott Ferney 3, Jordan Richards 2, Sam Christopher and Lloyd Hughes scored the goals that secured Carew a crushing 7-1 victory at home against Narberth; Tony Evans scored the Bluebirds’ only goal.

Hakin United won 3-0 against Saundersfoot Sports at the Obs. The Vikings’ goals were shared by Justin Harding, Craig Nicholson and Nicky Woodrow.

Struggling Milford United lost 2-4 against Clarbeston Road at Marble Hall, Harry Nicholas and Ashley Mathias netted for the Robins, but the Road secured the points as Ben John 2, Joules Ward and Jason Griffiths added goals for the visitors.

Neyland were trounced 1-5 by league leaders Goodwick United at the Athletic Ground. Scott Delaney, Luke Raymond, Wayne O’Sullivan, Matty Delaney and Jordan Griffiths netted for the Phoenix Lads, and Kieron Howells scored for the Nomads.

Pennar Robins gained a 2-2 draw with Merlins Bridge at Bush Camp. Luke Phillips and Sam Southcott gave the homesters a two-goal cushion, but the Wizards hit back with a brace from Jordan Thomas to secure a point when all looked lost.

St Clears lost 1-3 at home against Monkton Swifts. Dylan Davies, Jake Seaton and an own goal secured the points for the visitors; Steve Thomas scored the Saints’ only goal.

Herbrandston didn’t have a fixture due to Lamphey sadly folding recently.
