Saturday, September 14th (all at 2 pm):
Clarbeston Road 1-2 Neyland
Two teams who opened up with defeats last Saturday - Clarbie at Carew and Neyland at home to Hakin.
They'll both see this as a chance to kick-start things. Fielding a regular keeper was a problem for Matthew Ellis' side last season and they had Matthew Davies between the sticks last Saturday. Despite being an outfield player by trade, Davies is more than capable though and it will be interesting to see if he stays there long term.
The return of Patrick Bellerby did yield two goal for The Nomads despite their 6-2 loss but inevitably, many eyes tomorrow will be on new signing Jason Griffiths, back at Knock Fields where he scored so prolifically for Clarbie.
The irony won't be lost on anyone if he scores there again tomorrow, especialy if it's the winner.
Fishguard Sports 2-3 Carew
It was a dream start for Fishguard with that 4-0 win at Saundersfoot - a result like that first up lifts the pressure when you're newly promoted.
New signing Jordan Raymond was among the scorers but still missing vital centre back Anthony Couzens, their defence is likely to be tested much harder tomorrow.
Carew beat Clarbie 3-0 as Joe Leahy struck twice, but while Fraser Findlay also fired in a free kick his red card means instant suspension for this.
The Rooks got on a roll early on last season and I think they will win here, but will be made to work by the Sports.
Goodwick United 6-0 Saundersfoot Sports
After looking strong in pre-season, I thought Goodwick would win comfortably at St Clears last week. Instead, they needed a late Kieran O'Brien header to get them out of jail.
Wayne O'Sullivan would have been pleased to see new addition Ben Adams off the mark though and Rhys Dalling also struck and seems fully fit again.
I suspect they could make it a long day for Saundersfoot, who still have players out with injury and suffered that harrowing loss to Fishguard on Saturday.
Hakin United 2-2 Merlins Bridge
Bridge had the wood on Hakin last season - unbeaten against them in four league and cup games.
Last Saturday saw both of them off to a strong start with big wins over Neyland (Hakin) and Narberth respectively, but business will pick up tomorrow.
The Vikings will welcome back players who were missing last weekend due to a wedding - but the returns of Adam John and Ashley Bevan had an immediate effect at The Athletic Club. For The Wizards, it was great start for new signing Jordan Williams, his hat trick suggesting he can fill the void left by Joe Leahy.
This will be seen as the chance to really draw first blood in the title race. I can see it being tight, maybe turbulent, with a few cards thrown in to boot.
Monkton Swifts 4-2 St Clears
It was important Monkton got the start they did by beating Pennar 7-1 last week. On paper it was such a tricky tie and yet they immediately made a statement as Ben Steele got a hat trick.
When you've been champions, you want to send an early message that you mean business again.
St Clears fought back well from 2-0 down against Goodwick before losing late on and after a summer where they have lost players, I suspect Craig Weston and Scott Page would have pleased with how their side competed.
So I don't expect them to roll over here - but think Monkton's attacking prowess will prove too much.
Narberth 2-2 Pennar Robins
As mentioned already, both these sides were hammered by potential title challengers last week.
While it's way too early for any kind of panic those results make this one important, especially for Narberth player manager Ryan Griffiths in his first game in charge at home.
Pennar boss Chris Lloyd meanwhile, admitted he had no complaints with the result at Monkton and you expect both teams to enjoy more of the ball and chances to go forward at Jesse Road.
Hard to pick this, and a point apiece would not surprise me.
