Power bags dramatic late winner for Hakin at Carew
Carew 2 – Hakin United 3
Jay Power struck a dramatic stoppage time winner for Hakin United who returned to the top of the table at the expense of unlucky Carew at the Gerald Hicks Recreation Ground.
As this end-to-end clash was heading for a 2-2 draw it was Leon Luby’s inviting cross in the box was met by a free header by central defender power to find the back of Tom Davies’ net to secure the precious points.
The Rooks took the lead in the 31
st minute as Archie Smith’s dangerous cross in the box was met by a firm James Hinchliffe header.
On the stroke of half time Justin ‘Skinny’ Harding’s team levelled matters when Leon Luby was fouled, up stepped Ben Aldred who finished clinically as he sent keeper Tom Davies the wrong way.
Just before the hour mark the visitors took the lead, as the dangerous Luby crossed for Shane Walsh to find the back of the net with a far post volley.
Straight from the kick-off the Rooks worked their way to edge of the 18 yard box and Hinchliffe struck a powerful low drive which flew in the corner of Gareth Fawcett’s net.
Deep in stoppage time the Vikings bagged a dramatic winner through Power as the Vikings move two points clear at the top of the summit.

Williams bags second half Wizards’ winner
Merlins Bridge 1 – Milford United 0
Steffan Williams bagged the only goal in a tight game against gritty Milford United at the Pembrokeshire Sports Village.
In a tight first half where neither side dominated, the defining moment finally came on the hour mark as the former Welsh League star drilled his shot past outstretched Robins’ goalkeeper Charlie Malloy.
Their fourth win of the season sees Jay Kennedy’s Bridge outfit stay in third spot, whilst Steve Parks’ outfit suffered their fourth defeat of the campaign and are in seventh position.

Nomads and Swifts are quick at the draw
Neyland 1 – Monkton Swifts 1
Neyland came from behind to secure a draw with Monkton Swifts at the Athletic Ground.
On 15 minutes the Swifts broke the deadlock as skipper Dylan Davies opened the scoring, the striker confidently finished with a one-on-one with keeper Patrick Hannon.
Six minutes before the break the Nomads equalised through Max Bowman-Davies, the striker cut out a pass before he found Patrick Bellerby who played back to the 23-year-old who unleashed an unstoppable 25 yard which flew in off the post.
In the second half Stuart James pulled off two stunning saves to deny Jack John, at the other end late in the game Patrick Hannon pulled off a stunning save to deny the Swifts.

Tenby shade victory at Pennar
Pennar Robins 1 – Tenby 2
Tenby came from behind to secure a hard fought victory against Pennar Robins at Bush Camp.
The Robins opened the scoring in the eleventh minute as Liam Williams slotted past Tenby keeper Dylan Noot.
However, it was short lived as Tenby equalised just four minutes later through Scott Ferney, midway through the first period the visitors added what was to be the winner through Adam Muskett, goal scorer Ferney set up his strike partner.
