Sean O’Connor
Aged 55, Referee
Sean has been refereeing for six years after a terrific career as a player with Fishguard Sports and Goodwick United – and manager of the latter. He played for the Sports against West End in a losing West Wales Cup Final and for Goodwick as they beat Milford Athletic by 2-0 in the Senior Cup, As manager, he helped Goodwick win the league and get to three senior cup finals, losing to Merlins Bridge and Pennar Robins before beating Hakin United.
In refereeing he has already officiated at the Division Three, Division Five and under 16 cup finals and been assistant to Dave Badger in the Senior Cup Final. It is exactly 25 years since Sean picked up a winners’ medal in the Senior Cup and we hope he has another day to remember this season.

Kevin Milich
Aged 47, Fourth Official
Took charge of the Senior Cup Final between Hakin United and Monkton Swifts last season and now taking on what has become the traditional role of fourth official where he is available to help the other officials as well as being unofficial ball boy! Kevin has been reffing for eight years after being dragged into rugby as a boy in school and playing 15 years for Milford Haven RFC, three as captain. A very good referee, despite that, who had a cracking game last year!
