Top of the table Goodwick win again to remain unbeaten

Pembrokeshire Sport took a look on how the games in the top flight panned out on Saturday afternoon.
 
Current league leaders Goodwick United won 3-0 against Pennar Robins at Bush Camp. Kyle O’Sullivan scored which gave the Phoenix Lads a slender 1-0 lead at half time, after the break they scored two further goals without reply through Guto Roberts and Danny Hopkin, which has kept their unbeaten record in tack.
 
Second in the table Merlins Bridge gained an emphatic 7-1 victory against Carew at the Welfare Ground. The Wizards deservedly led 3-1 at half time, Jordan Lane gave The Rooks an early lead before Adam Kingsbeer struck twice and striker Aaron Bacigalupo added the third. Shortly after the break Bacigalupo completed another hat-trick for The Wizards as the striker was in the right place at the right time for the fourth and he made no mistake from the spot for the fifth. Midway through the second half Jack Jones who signed earlier in the week from Pennar Robins added the sixth and just two minutes later added The Wizards’ seventh with a well-taken penalty for an impressive debut.
 
Monkton Swifts gained an impressive 5-0 victory against Fishguard Sports at Monkton Lane. Dylan Davies starred for Stuart James’ Swifts as the striker scored twice and was involved with two assists. Davies bagged a 34^th minute penalty as the hosts led 1-0 at the interval, after the break they continued to dominate and were rewarded with further goals scored by Tom Dyson, Davies, Connor Davies and Jimmy Wilkes.
 
St Ishmaels lost 3-1 at home against fourth in the table Hakin United. The Vikings led 1-0 at the interval thanks to an early goal scored by Liam Parks. Ten minutes after half time Nathan Thomas bagged an equaliser for Tish, but two quick-fire goals for the visitors in the space of a minute from Jay Power and Craig Nicholson sealed three points for Scott Davies’ Vikings.
 
Narberth were beaten 1-3 against fifth in the table Tenby at Jesse Road. Lloyd Hughes gave the Bluebirds the lead in 25^th minute and it wasn’t until Charlie Gregory equalised in the 55^th minute. However, Boris Suffolk-Hickman struck to give The Seasiders a 2-1 cushion before substitute Daryl Williams bagged a crucial third goal to put the result beyond doubt. Shortly before the final whistle both sides were reduced to ten-man as Lloyd Hughes and Tony Evans were sent off.
 
Milford United narrowly lost 1-0 at home against arch rivals Neyland at Marble Hall. The only goal of a tight game was scored in the second half by Neyland’s Dylan James who gave The Nomads their second win of the campaign.
