Kilgetty fightback thanks to Hughes’ superb double
Merlins Bridge 2 – Kilgetty 3
Lloyd Hughes scored twice to help Kilgetty come from behind to stun Merlins Bridge at the Pembrokeshire Sports Village.
The hosts took an early lead as Tom Mezzetta teed up striker Joe Leahy, midway through the first period the hosts doubled the lead as goal scorer Leahy set-up Tom Jago.
Wizards manager Jay Kennedy must have felt happy that his side had built up a healthy two goal cushion at half time.
However straight after the break the visitors were awarded a penalty which Lloyd buried, two minutes later they were level as Callum Proctor found the back of the net.
The visitors bagged a superb winner as Lloyd curled an edge of the area free kick which flew in the top corner that gave Kilgetty their second league win on the trot which sees them in ninth place in the table as the Wizards are sixth.

Goodwick in seventh heaven against derby rivals
Goodwick United 7 – Fishguard Sports 0
Rhys Dalling bagged four goals to see champions Goodwick United with another big win which boosts their goals difference column at the expense of derby rivals Fishguard Sports.
Player manager Chris O’Sullivan was pleased with the way his team have played in their last two outings as they scored sixteen goals without reply.
Daniel James set-up Dalling with the opener before Rhys Jones banged home the second, Jones assisted Dalling for the third as they built-up a comfortable cushion at half time.
After the break, the fitness levels of Goodwick put Fishguard constantly under pressure, deadly Dalling added the fourth and fifth goals, before substitutes Kyle O’Sullivan and Will Haworth netted the sixth and seventh respectively.

Quick at draw at Bush Camp
Pennar Robins 2 – Carew 2
Both Pennar Robins and Carew had to settle for a draw in an evenly contested clash at Bush Camp.
In the 14
th minute the Rooks took the lead as skipper Shaun Whitfield’s out swinging corner was met by a powerful header from Max Brindley.
The hosts soon levelled matters as the returning Richard Hughes flicked on which invitingly left Ceri Griffiths to control as he unleashed an unstoppable 20-yard shot which flew in the top corner.
Carew responded as Whitfield’s long throw in the box was flapped by Robins’ keeper Rory Williams, the ball fell kindly for Leon Stewart to bundle into the net which gave the Rooks a slender 2-1 lead at the interval.
Just two minutes after the break the hosts squared matters when Richard Hughes found the back of Tom Davies’ net, incredibly there was no further goals as both sides shared the spoils.

Davies bags stoppage time equaliser
Tenby 3 – Monkton Swifts 3
Dylan Davies struck in added time to earn Monkton Swifts a hard fought draw with Tenby at the Clicketts Ground.
With barely five minutes on the clock Tenby took the lead as the highly influential Adam Muskett set-up skipper Dan Storer who gave his side the lead.
However, the lead was short lived as within two minutes the Swifts found themselves level as Noah Davies found the back of Dylan Noot’s net.
The Swifts added a second goal three minutes before half time as Jake Seaton was in the right place at the right time to give his side a slender 2-1 cushion at the break.
Back came Tenby as six minutes after the interval saw Muskett who equalised from the penalty spot, on the hour mark Tenby regained the lead as Muskett set-up Spencer Williams, but right at the death Davies scored which earned his team a priceless point.

Vikings beat Robins at Marble Hall
Milford United 0 – Hakin United 2
Hakin United bagged a goal in each half to secure a crucial victory against close neighbours Milford United at Marble Hall.
Milford United started the season off with a bang as they won their first three games in the top flight, but Robins boss Steve Parks will be concerned they have now lost their last three on the bounce.
In the 16
th minute the Vikings opened the scoring Shane Walsh’s cross was flapped by flapped by keeper Chris Malloy which allowed Sam Christopher an easy tap-in.
The Robins competed strongly and were determined not to hand their rivals an easy three points as the Robins narrowly trailed 1-0 at half time.
In the 59
th minute the Vikings scored an important second, keeper Malloy did well as he parried Leon Luby’s well struck free kick, but Shane Walsh was on hand to gobble up the rebound.

Road come from behind to defeat ten-man Nomads
Clarbeston Road 2 – Neyland 1
Clarbeston Road came from behind to secure a hard fought victory against battling ten-man Neyland at Knockfield.
This was the Road’s third win of the campaign as they currently sit fifth in the table as the Nomads, with one win from six starts are second from bottom.
Five minutes before half time the game livened up as the visitors took the lead as skipper Mike Chandler assisted in Taylor Collins’ goal. On the stroke of half time Road striker Ben John equalised as the Nomads were reduced to ten-men as referee Martin Jones issued a second yellow card to Corey Richards.
Seven minutes after the break the Road bagged the winner as Rob Morgans fired past keeper Jake Payne which proved decisive.
