Richards bags added time winner for Carew
Carew 3 – Monkton Swifts 2
Jordan Richards bagged an injury time winner for Carew who picked up their second win of the season at the expense of Monkton Swifts.
The Swifts sit third in the table and Carew are fifth, the two teams met earlier this month as it finished 4-4 at Monkton Lane, this game looked to be heading for a draw until Richards got a last gasp winner.
In the 16
th minute the visitors opened the scoring as Gareth Finnegan laid the scoring opportunity up for Declan Carrol to beat Tom Davies.
Four minutes later The Rooks equalised as Dylan Morgan slotted in as the score read 1-1 at the break.
Ten minutes after the interval The Rooks got their noses in front as Adam Muskett was on target with the second.
However, The Swifts continued to battle and were rewarded when Carrol drilled home the leveller which was assisted by Dylan Davies.
This clash had a draw written all over it, but Richards broke The Swifts’ hearts in added time.

Vikings bag comfortable win at Clarby
Clarbeston Road 0 – Hakin United 4
Champions Hakin United grabbed two goals in each half to run out comfortable victors against gallant bottom of the table Clarbeston Road.
Jack Britton netted both goals in the first period as Shane Walsh and substitute Ben Aldred added further goals in the second period to secure The Vikings’ third win from four league outings.
In the 12
th minute Scott Davies’ Vikings opened the scoring as a loose ball from a corner fell to Britton who guided the ball into the net.
Six minutes later the visitors doubled the lead as Adam John (transferred in midweek from Carmarthen Town) set up Britton who neatly tucked the ball past Rhys Mansell.
Matt Ellis’ Clarby Road troop worked hard, but on the day lacked that cutting edge to really trouble the Vikings’ defence.
In the 83
rd minute Walsh bagged the third thanks to an assist by Britton, in added time Aldred struck from 12 yards following a John assist.

Goodwick work hard for win at Kilgetty
Kilgetty 0 – Goodwick United 2

League leaders Goodwick United had to work hard to overcome a determined Kilgetty outfit at the Kingsmoor Ground.
The Phoenix Lads are joint top with Merlins Bridge, Chris O’Sullivan’s outfit have a slender goal difference advantage.
After last week’s confident boost win in Hakin the Phoenix Lads were not handed victory on a plate at Kilgetty.
In the 15
th minute the visitors opened the scoring as Nathan Greene teed-up Rhys Jones, 14 minutes later they got a second as Luke Hayward released Rhys Dalling who made no mistake.
The visitors led 2-0 at half time, but after the break they came up against some stern resistance and failed to add to their goals tally.

Bridge finish strongly to beat Nomads
Neyland 1 – Merlins Bridge 3
An excellent second half display earned joint leaders Merlins Bridge a hard-fought victory against Neyland at the Athletic Ground.
There were not goals in the first period, but it certainly livened up in the second period.
In the 53
rd minute The Wizards opened the scoring when a cross was palmed away by keeper Patrick Hannon only for Dai Davies lurking with intent at the far post to find the roof of the net.
In the 65
th minute The Nomads squared matters as Mike Chandler assisted Sean Hannon who made no mistake inside the box.
However, the Wizards finished the stronger and were rewarded as Matthew D’Ivry set up two further goals for Alfie Sotter and Ben Davies to secure the points.

Sports come good in second half at Tish
St Ishmaels 0 – Fishguard Sports 2
Fishguard Sports scored twice in the second half to secure the points at St Ishmaels.
This was the Sports’ second win of the campaign as they currently sit sixth in the table and Tish are second from bottom.
After a goalless first half in tricky conditions, it was the visitors who broke the deadlock midway through the second period as 18-year-old Luke Thomas found the back of the net.
The visitors put the result beyond doubt when goal scorer Thomas set-up Greg Hughes, also aged 18, who made no mistake with his side’s second.
Sports boss Phil Jones will be happy with the win and also his team kept a clean sheet which is always a pleasing statistic.
