Vikings celebrate title win and Clarby Road are relegated

Hakin United skipper receives the Division 1 silverware from League chairperson Mackie Harts.Newly crowned champions Hakin United scored twice in the second half to pick up victory over Clarbeston Road who are relegated.
 
The Vikings have been the most consistent team in the league and deservedly won their 21st title much to the delight of manager Scott Davies and his squad.
 
Hakin impressively picked up their nineteenth win of the season and they have only drawn one and lost one with just one game left to play.
 
On a cold blustery afternoon the hosts opened the scoring in the 58th minute when Ben Aldred drilled a 20 yard finish into the roof of stand-in goalkeeper Matthew Davies' net.
 
Thirteen minutes later they added a second when Aldred’s free kick was parried by Davies straight to Cameron Brunton who reacted quickest to finish clinically from eight yards.
 
After the game, Manderwood Pembrokeshire Football League secretary Ian Baker congratulated everyone connected with Hakin on winning the league title and League chairperson Mackie Harts gave out the medals to the players and handed the trophy to captain Ryan Wilson much to the delight of the supporters outside the clubhouse.

Runners up Swifts too hot for Sports

 

Fishguard Sports 1 – Monkton Swifts 8

 

Dylan Davies - Swifts striker bagged a brace against The SportsMonkton Swifts cemented runners-up spot in the league as they crushed struggling Fishguard Sports at Tregroes.
 
Luke Thomas gave The Sports an early lead but The Swifts hit back with further goals by a penalty by Dylan James who also  added a quick-fire second, Dan James, Luke Phillips and Jason Finnegan all found the back of the net as the visitors led 5-1 at half time.
 
After the break the visitors continued to dominate as substitute Gareth Finnegan added the sixth shortly after the interval, Jason Finnegan struck the seventh for his second of the game also Dan James grabbed a brace as he fired home the eighth to complete the rout.

Good win on the road for Kilgetty

Brett Evans scored for Kilgetty who won at TenbyRelegated Kilgetty gained a high scoring victory against an under strengthen Tenby outfit at the Clicketts.
 
In a highly entertaining game, which served up eight goals in total saw Liam Williams struck the opening goal for the hosts before Brett Evans equalised and Phil Horsely put the visitors 2-1 ahead, on the stroke of half time Curtis Hurlow equalised.
 
Shortly after the interval Tenby regained the lead as Dan Storer made no mistake for Tenby’s third.
 
But Kilgetty finished strongly as Jordan Gorman struck twice also substitute  Fabian Jeszka added the fifth to earn his team an excellent win on the road.
