Ben John claimed a second half hat-trick to help Clarbeston Road to an easy victory against Fishguard Sports at Tregroes.
However, it was the hosts who opened the scoring Luke Thomas struck, but Jake Booth replied in the 31
st and 39
th minutes to give the visitors a narrow 2-1 half time lead.
After the break, the visitors started to dominate as John drilled in the third and fourth goals, in the 79
th minute former Sports player Niall Kinsella added the fifth.
In 89
th minute John grabbed the sixth for his personal treble, in injury time substitute Richard Bevan added a seventh.

Joe and Sam are Wizards’ hat-trick heroes against Tish
Merlins Bridge 6 – St Ishmaels 1
Hat-trick each for Joe Leahy and Sam Christopher eased Merlins Bridge to an emphatic win against St Ishmaels at the Pembrokeshire Sports Village.
Tish welcomed the return of Brennan Devonald at the heart of defence following a short spell with Hakin United.
In a well contested opening 45 minutes The Wizards led 1-0 as Christopher struck on stroke of half time.
After the break, the Wizards found their rhythm as Leahy struck the second on the hour mark, nine minutes later Owen Lawrie pulled one back for the visitors.
In the final ten minutes the hosts grabbed four quick fire goals shared by Leahy and Christopher which put the gloss on the win.

Steele hat-trick sinks Nomads
Neyland 1 – Monkton Swifts 5

Ben Steele claimed a hat-trick as Monkton Swifts progressed in Senior Cup at the expense of Neyland at the Athletic Ground.
The visitors built up a 4-1 cushion at half time and settled for their lot with a quiet second half.
In the fifth minute the Swifts opened the scoring as Gareth Finnegan’s break down the left and pinpoint cross was met by Steele.
Two minutes later they bagged a second, Taylor Gullam’s long put fell to Declan Carroll who worked space for skipper Chris Richard to score.
The Nomads pulled one back in the eleventh minute when Mike Chandler’s long throw-in found Liam Rees who slotted home from inside the box.
Stand in Nomads’ goalkeeper Ben Fairbairn pulled off a string of good saves as the Swifts put the Nomads under pressure.
The visitors added a third as Chris Richards’ corner was met by a firm Steele header, three minutes before break Steele added the fourth for his hat-trick, a deflected free kick wrong footed Fairbairn.
The visitors wrapped up the scoring in the 90
th minute as substitute Dylan Davies chipped the on-rushing Fairburn

Goodwick edge entertaining cup clash against Saints
St Clears 2 – Goodwick United 4
Goodwick United edged a hard-fought victory at St Clears to reach the quarter finals.
Chris O’Sullivan’s team got off to a dream start as Jordan Thomas and Adam Hawkins scored early goals, on 20-minute mark Jon Seeley replied for the Saints as they trailed 2-1 at the break.
On the hour mark Steve Thomas set up Nick Squire who equalised, on 70-minute mark Rhys Dalling came off the bench to score his side’s third and on stroke of full time Dalling teed up Rhys Jones who bagged the fourth to settle this highly entertaining cup tie.
