Honours even at The Meads!
Indoor Cricket Week Six:
Honours ended up even in week six of the Pembroke County Cricket as Cresselly, Neyland B and Pembroke Dock all won a game and lost another at the Meads Leisure Centre in games that were well controlled by umpire Neil Croucher.
Neyland B (79 for 5) lost to Cresselly (80 for 3) by 3 wickets

Geraint Lewis was the undoubted star of the Neyland B batting lineup as the talented teenager scored 44 not out in their lowly score of 79 for 5 against tight bowling by Johnnie Palmer (1 for 6) and Stefan Jenkins (2 for 15).
Paul Miller chipped in with 11 runs and there were 14 extras but it was never going to be a big enough tally to push a Cresselly side that had a key run gatherer in Iwan Izzard, who had a speedy 25, and Tom Arthur (14 not out), assisted by 15 extras, despite Paul Miller's 1 for 12 spell.

Iwan Izzard again showed his batting prowess as he belted a boundary-strewn 59 not out in a strong Cresselly total of 120 for 5 as Tom Arthur again assisted with 23 runs alongside Matthew Webb (12) as John Camani (2 for 18) and G Blair (1 for 31) were the Dock wicket-takers.
Craig Butland (11) helped give the Dock a solid start and there were 21 extras as Tom Arthur (2 for 18), Tim Webb (1 for 34) and Stefan Jenkins (1 for 18) claimed wickets for Cresselly.
But with victory in sight Cresselly were the victims of an amazing onslaught from Luke Murray as the Dock run-blaster smashed an unbeaten 76 that had umpire Neil Croucher scampering out of the firing line as he drove well with a series of straight fours and big sixes that saw the Dock to a first victory of the indoor season.

Geraint Rees showed what an asset he is going to be for Neyland B as he followed his previous undefeated 44 with another fine innings of 46 not out, ably assisted by Paul Miller, who retired on 25, and Tom Pritchard (15), plus 22 from 'Mr Extras' as Declan Scourfield (1 for 10) was the pick of the Dock Bowlers.
Rees also claimed 1 for 18, identical figures as Paul Miller, as the Dock struggled to maintain the required run-rate and had to settle on 82 for 5 wickets. Craig Butland was the rock for the innings on 40 not out, with C Beynon (22) and 'Mr Extras' (11) as the other main contributors.
