Young Otters win entertaining tussle
Narberth Youth 41 - Haverfordwest 12
Narberth Youth welcomed Haverfordwest Youth to the Lewis Lloyd ground on Saturday and a large crowd was entertained to an attractive game of running rugby that was a credit to both clubs.
Narberth got off to a strong start with a try for the impressive Iestyn Comey, converted by Wil Nicholas and this was soon followed by another try for hard-running centre Bad Cramb, again converted by Wil Nicholas.
A third try followed on the 18th minute for burly prop Jayden Scourfield again converted by Wil Nicholas and the final try of the half came on the 24th minute with Brad Cramb running another hard line, taking the score to 26-nil.
It was a credit to the young Haverfordwest side that they did not fold at this point and finished the half strongly with possession and territory.
The second half saw Narberth start at pace with the try of the match as a sweeping move saw Rhydian Jones crash over in the corner. Olly Hough scored next for the home team taking the score to 36-0.
But Haverfordwest weren't prepared to roll over, however, and Logan Young scored a fine try converted by Iestyn Arnold before a fine lineout drive was finished off by Callum Leavitt for Narberth but Haverfordwest took a quick penalty to finish off the scoring giving a final score line of 41-12 to Narberth.
Man of the match for Narberth was Iestyn Comey for a tremendous all round performance.
Narberth: Rhydian Jones, Dan Jones, George Jones, Brad Cramb, Max Morgan, Shay Norcross, Elliot Evans, Ben Davies, Iestyn Comey, Wil Nicholas, Lewis Reed, Harry Harries, Joel Davies, Yori Morgan, Jayden Scourfield.
Replacements (all used): Ollie Hough, Harry Williams, Owain Holgate, Owain Thomas, James Morgan, Calum Leavitt, Rob Ayers.
Crymych power their way to victory over gritty Seasiders
Crymych 58 - Tenby United 7

Crymych maintained their thrust for the Youth Championship with this ten-try win over Tenby United but this was a game where both teams played fast, attacking rugby and the Young Seasiders deserve every credit for never caving in against a much more experienced team.
Ellis James and Rhys Jones caught the eye for Crymych with two tries apiece, plus others from Kyle Kempson, Deian Davies, Jac Delaney, Iestyn Wood, Kian Morris and Gruff Edwards, who also landed four conversions.
For The Seasiders, Cian Knights went over for their try which was converted by Will Allen as reward for Mark Heywood’s team playing some very positive rugby, whilst Kyle Kempson was chosen as Crymych man of the match for his support play, and ball carrying alongside his try.
Aber put home advantage to good use
Aberystwyth 41 - Whitland 12
Whitland made the long journey to Mid Wales but found Aberystwyth in no mood to let them return home with a win as The Young Borderers battled hard but were unable to turn pressure into points on a regular basis, whilst the home team took their chances to grab six tries.
For Whitland there were good tries by Ollie Bujega and Ethan Ryan, one converted by Lennon Reynolds, but Aber defended well and were always ready to counter-attack from deep when needed.
Harri Gwyn, Ifan Davies, Elis Nicholas, Gwion Hefin, Osian James and Leo Davies were the Aberystwyth try scorers and Euros Jones notched four conversions and a penalty to complete the scoring in a clash where the final scoreline didn’t quite show Whitland’s involvement in the game.
Good away win for Young Wasps
Pembroke 10 - Llangwm 23
Llangwm eased home against Pembroke at Crickmarren as they played their usual brand of all-action rugby against a home side which also played its part in an absorbing contest where they might have added more points but for over-eagerness in vital segments of the game.
The Wasps’ try scorers were Matthew Cole, Joe Phillips and Charlie Wilson, whilst Fletcher Picton returned from his footballing exploits to land a conversion and two penalties, as well as exerting his influence in loose play.
*Sadly, the Pembroke scorers were not available.*
