Hakin United have returned to the top of the Manderwood Pembrokeshire Football League First Division on goal difference and Johnston are relegated.

The Vikings won 3-1 at Carew with Adam John scoring a terrific hat-trick, and The Rooks scored with a penalty converted by Scott Ferney.

Goodwick United drew 1-1 with Merlins Bridge at Phoenix Park, Tony Evans netted the opener and Steven McNabney equalised for The Wizards. This result saw The Wizards lose their top spot, but the run in title may go down to the wire.

Johnston were well beaten 0-5 at home against Pennar Robins, there was a brace each for Carl Rees and Phil Thompson and Richard Hughes scored a screamer. The Tigers will play in the Second Division next season; just four years ago they won the West Wales Intermediate Cup.

Monkton Swifts gained a narrow 2-1 victory over Angle at home, Jason Finnegan gave The Swifts the lead, but the visitors fought back with Jake Seaton netting the equaliser, but the home outfit had the final say as Matthew Davies scored the winner.

Narberth were hammered 1-7 against West Dragons at Jesse Road. The Bluebirds’ scorer was Carl Jones, but the visitors gained a comfortable three points thanks to goals scored by Scott Crawford 2, Ashley Williams, Nathan Greene, Jamie Palmer, Lee Palmer and an own goal.

The game at the Athletic Ground between Neyland versus Lamphey was postponed due to heavy rain that fell on Friday night.
