Jordan Follows struck four superb goals for title chasing Haverfordwest County who easily won at AFC Porth.

Earlier in the season the Bluebirds defeated AFC Porth 3-1 on the Conygar Bridge Meadow Stadium, and followed up with a superb 5-2 victory to complete the double over them.

Put to the sword


The visitors put the homesters to the sword as they led 4-0 at half time. Deadly striker Follows opened the scoring in the seventh minute with a well taken goal, five minutes later, Follows’ co-striker Luke Borelli scored a cracking second effort for his fourth goal in as many matches.

On fire Follows found the back of the net in the 30th and 37th minutes that gave the Bluebirds a healthy four-goal cushion at the interval.

Own goal


Ten minutes after the break and AFC Porth struck a goal back as Bluebirds centre back Sam Rodon headed in to his own net at a corner.

Midway through the second period and Follows struck the fifth, which marked his 20th league goal of the campaign, the visitors grabbed a late consolation goal, but on the day the visitors were extremely good value for their three points on the road.

Next Saturday, 31st January the Bluebirds have home advantage against Goytre, the kick-off is at 2.30pm.
