Charles Davies – Referee
51 - Company Director
Charles is in his tenth season as a referee and is known for his quiet, but firm, control of matches. He has previously officiated at the Fourth Division Cup Final, the West Wales Under 16s Cup Final and a range of junior finals in Pembrokeshire - and was fourth official to Dave Badger at the Liberty Stadium when Team Swansea beat Ystradgynlais in the West Wales up Final.
He played his football for Carew and St Florence before breaking a leg and eventually coaching a hugely talented Tenby Junior side where most of the players have gone on to greater things - and also turned out for Tenby for a few seasons. |

Dave Badger – Assistant Referee
56 - Sales Representative
Dave could lay claims to being the most experienced and respected referee in Pembrokeshire after officiating at the Senior Cup Final in 2010/11 (when Hakin United beat Haverfordwest County) and the West Wales Cup at the Liberty Stadium (as Team Swansea beat Ystradgynlais). He has also taken charge of the Jubilee Cup, the Third and Fourth Division Finals, plus four of the junior sections finals.
Originally from the Midlands he started out with the whistle after watching his son play and he has rightly earned the plaudits for his quiet but firm approach to the game which lets players express themselves, but always within the laws of the game..

Kevin Milich – Assistant Referee
51 - Valero Team Leader
Kevin is in his 12th season as a referee after his conversion from rugby, where he was a talented No 8 for Milford Haven for 15 years, three of them as captain, after only being allowed to play the oval ball game in the local grammar school.
After watching his children play football he took up reffing and has impressed with his firm control and no-nonsense approach as he took charge of the Second and Third Division Cup Finals, alongside several junior finals, before taking charge of the Senior Cup Final in 2011/12 when he had a good game as Hakin United beat Monkton Swifts.

Angus Scourfield – Fourth Official
Aged 52 - Parts Manager
Angus refereed the Senior Cup Final last season as Goodwick United beat Hakin United and officiated in his usual calm and unflappable manner to complete a rare double since he had previously taken charge of the 2010 Ceredigion Cup Final when he reffed in that county.
He has also refereed the Jubilee Cup, the Third Division Cup and a few junior finals - and was in the middle for the vital last game of 2015/16 when Goodwick were on their way to an historic treble. |
