Aaron Hallam - returned from injury to bag two goals for Tish who stunned Narberth in the Senior Cup

Senior Cup

St Ishmaels 4 – Narberth 3

Aaron Hallam marked his return after a lengthy injury spell as the influential striker scored a brace for Tish who made a remarkable second half fight back to stun Narberth and progress in the Senior Cup.

Narberth will be kicking themselves as they led 3-1 at the break, but Tish mounted a serious come back to win the tie, but frustration set in late on as both Narberth manager Ryan Evans and Jamie Thomas were both sent off by Sean O’Connor.

Tish started off brilliantly as Hallam put Tish ahead, however, it was short lived as Steffan Williams equalised from the penalty spot.

Midway through the first period Lewis Bansal struck as he put Narberth 2-1 in front then on the stroke of half time Kyle Quartermaine added another as the visitors led 3-1 at half time.

However, Tish were not done and dusted as they pulled one back in the 55th minute through Tyler Shiel, this goal inspired the fight back and self-belief in Graham Ninnis’ Tish outfit.

In the 76th minute Hallam struck an equaliser from the spot before Joel Mills stunned Narberth as the 22-year-old bagged a brilliant 85th minute winner.
