Drummond bags late equaliser for Carew at the Bridge

Substitute Harvey Drummond scored a 91
st minute equaliser for Carew who earned a precious point against Carew at the Pembrokeshire Sports 4G Ground.
This draw earned saw the Rooks move up to third in the table on better goal difference than Neyland who dropped into the relegation zone.
There was a mad ten minutes just before the interval, The Wizards took a two-goal lead as Thomas Jago scored the opener with a close range finish, minutes later they doubled their lead as skipper Nick Squired headed home a Gino Dragone corner.
However, the Rooks hit back as James Hinchliffe’s accurate ball saw striker Marcus Griffiths turn and find the bottom corner of Ben Henton’s net. On the stroke of half time the visitors equalised Shaun Whitfield’s cross was dropped by Henton which allowed Archi Smith to gleefully header home as it went 2-2 into the interval.
After the break both sides went in search for a winner, but the Wizards suffered a blow as keeper Hanton went off injured.
In the 81
st minute the Wizards took the lead as substitute Joe Leahy powerfully headed home Tomos Gwilliam corner.
In stoppage time Drummond equalised from close range as he followed up a Marcus Griffiths shot which was parried straight to the substitute who made no mistake from three yards to salvage a point for the determined Rooks.

Robins beat Clarby in their own backyard
Clarbeston Road 1 – Milford United 2
Milford United bagged two first half goals to pick up an excellent win at Clarbeston Road.
The Road sit fifth in the table whilst the Robins are sixth, just three points behind their opponents.
On 36 minutes the visitors were awarded a penalty that Liam Parr confidently despatched past Road keeper Rhys Mansell.
Five minutes later the Robins conjured up a second goal as Scott Reid assisted for Liam Parks.
There were further chances in the second period but neither side could take them, but in the 89th minute Travis Jones pulled one back for Clarby, but it was a classic case of too little too late as the chirpy Robins picked up their fifth win of the season.

Tenby 2 – Pennar Robins 2
Both Tenby and Pennar Robins had to be content with a draw following an intense battle at the Clickets in this mid-table clash.
Sean Edmundson scored from the spot to give the visitors the lead in the 21
st minute, however it was short lived as Scott Ferney equalised thanks to a neat Sam Butler assist.
Tenby took the lead as Harri Phillips profited from a neat Ferney assist, but the visitors were awarded a penalty which Edmundson made no mistake for his second goal of the game, but more importantly it earned his side a worthwhle point on the road.
