People who have helped me:
My club football coach is Niall Kinsella, who plays the same position as me. Mikey Loveridge and Mathew Price are brilliant County football coaches too.
My rugby coaches are Martin Davies and Rhodri Thomas.
My county rugby coaches were Kenny Davies, Andrew Deacon and Ryan Morgan and they all helped me improve and keep improving.
My dad also gives me good advice and support as he was a well-known rugby player for Fishguard and Pembrokeshire and my mum is brilliant because she washes my sports kit about four times every week!
Local sporting hero?
My big brother Robbie Jones, who is an excellent rugby player for Fishguard RFC.
He is so tough and really fast and he plays full back or wing.
Famous sporting stars?
Virgil Van Dijk (Liverpool) because I support Liverpool and Dan Biggar (Wales) because he has been a great player for a long time!
Favourite moments?
Playing rugby in the Principality Stadium for Pembrokeshire and football at Norwich City and Leicester City with the county schools’ football team.
Another big moment was getting a birthday message from Lewis Rees-Summit.
Ambition?
To be the best I can be and win some cup finals if I can.
I'd also like to get to play a rugby match with my brother Robbie one day. He is 12 years older than me but we could do it if he stays fit!
