Tenby AFC held the first Adam Muskett Memorial 7-a-side tournament at The Clicketts last Saturday, 26th July, ten local clubs took part, also an invitational team consisting of Adam’s close friends was hailed a success.

The AM9 Cup final was fittingly contested between Tenby Seasiders and Carew, the two clubs Adam represented as a player. The Tenby Seasiders ran out winners.

The AM9 Shield winners were Kilgetty firsts who beat their second team in the final.

The club would like to say a massive thank you to Adam’s family for attending and presenting the trophies.

The love and respect for Adam was truly shown by all present at the tournament.

Also thanks to all the clubs who took part, and thank you to referees Paul Rooney, Marty Jones, Scott Trayhern, Keith McNiffe, Mark Hicks, Stef Jenkins and Gareth Boyle who gave up their free time to help.

Thank you to Susan Mckehon who took great photos of the day.

This will be an annual event so the club will soon be planning for next year.
