Once again heavy rain disrupted the Manderwood Pembrokeshire Football League First Division fixtures - only four out of the seven matches scheduled went ahead.

The top game of the afternoon was at Phoenix Park where league leaders Goodwick United came from behind to draw 1-1 with Merlins Bridge. Wizards’ striker Terry McCombe put his team in front with a deadly finish, but the homesters equalised through Kieran O’Brien’s header to seal a point.

In a south county derby, Angle drew 2-2 with Pennar Robins, Chris Richards and Gareth Howells netted for the home outfit and Phil Thompson and Mikey Powell scored for the visitors.

Milford United slipped to a disappointing 0-3 defeat against Neyland at Marble Hall. The Nomads' goal scorers were Nathan Warlow, Justin Harding and Henry Durrant.

St Clears lost 2-4 at home against Johnston. Sean Seymour Davies and Nathan Evans bagged the goals for The Saints, but the visitors secured the points with a brace from Ryan Doyle and one apiece for strikers Adam Hawkins and Joe John.

Three games were called off due to waterlogged pitches; they were Carew v Herbrandston, Tenby v Hakin United and West Dragons v Narberth.
