Angela Miles - Disability star
Angela does a brilliant job with Disability Sport!

The name of Angela Miles has become synonymous with disability sport because as well as carrying out her work as Disability Officer at Sport Pembrokeshire with distinction she also shows a commitment outside her working hours that has paid dividends.
It has been especially so with regard to the raising of awareness regarding the need to make all sport inclusive so that anyone with a disability can be made part of sports clubs who receive the 'insport' ribbons as a result of taking on that commitment.
Only recently it has again been shown at special festivals of sport for those with disabilty as she spent all afternoon at the Football Competition at Tregroes Field, the home of Fishguard Sports, where she supported Clarbe Warriors as they took on other teams from as far afield as Aberystwyth and Bridgend.
Soon afterwards the annual disability swimming gala was held at Haverfordwest Swimming Pool where the Pembrokeshire Puffins entertained Swansea Stingrays, Bridgend Sharks and Cardiff Chameleons - and she was in charge of making sure that everyone was ready for their particular races.
We are delighted to recognise Angela's work and long may she continue her involvement!
