Owen Phelps (Hook CC),  Joe Phillips (ex-Llangwm) and Dom Asson (Llangwm) are about to embark on a cricketing adventure because this talented teenage trio jet off to Australia on 23rd September to play cricket for Halls Head CC in Perth, joining Lamphey player James Skeels, who has played out there for some time.

Stephen Inward, now back with Llangwm after achieving success up the line and in Oz, has been speaking with the Hal’s Head team as he used to play there, and it is former Lamphey star Dave Lovell’s ex- club back home so there is a strong connection.

All of them have just finished their A levels and have managed to secure a job (fencing!!!) and a house in Dawesville, so they are all together and looking forward to furthering their cricketing experience at this exciting time for them.
