Best performances so far
During the past year Joe has produced the best football of his career so far, proving to be one of the best midfield players at Swansea City in cementing a first team place for himself at the age of 18. His mature displays for Premiership-chasing Swansea have been hailed by his club bossed Roberto Martinez and Paolo Sousa.
International honours
International honours have followed with Brian Flynn, the Wales Under 21 manager, selecting Joe on ten occasions during the team’s successful UEFA U 21 campaign, despite his tender age.
