Another gorgeous evening up at HQ saw a squad of young doves take on their counterparts from Laugharne, and we came home victorious by 77 runs!

Our captain for the night George Hughes won the toss and elected to field first. This decision proving to be a good one, as the Young Doves bowled straight and fielded like demons, so much so that they took 11 wickets in their 16 scored overs, which kept the Laugharne score right down.

The Cresselly batsmen/batswomen then got to work, and a nice mixture of some powerful stroke play and good running saw us post a great score!
