Two more new signings for the ambitious Bluebirds

Elliot Scotcher - returns for his second spell with Haverfordwest CountyHaverfordwest County have signed two further players to strengthen their squad this week.

The Bluebirds’ challenge is to maintain their JD Cymru Premier status this season, the club is determined not be a one season wonder in the top flights as they seek to finish as far up the league table as possible.

On Tuesday, the club announced that midfielder Elliot Scotcher was leaving Carmarthen Town to join the Bluebirds. Scotcher is joining the Bluebirds for his second spell.

Manager Wayne Jones told PembrokeshireSport.co.uk: “We’re delighted to get this one over the line. Elliot is an experienced Cymru Premier midfielder and will increase the quality of the squad.”

Scotcher is available for selection for the home game against Caernarfon Town this Saturday.

On Thursday, the Bluebirds announced the signing of Trystan Jones from Cardiff City on a non-contract basis.

Trystan is a versatile defender who can play at centre back or a right back - he will link up with the first team squad immediately.

“We’re happy to have Trystan on board, he’s a top defender who will improve the squad,” said chairman Rob Edwards.
