There were four Manderwood Pembrokeshire Football League First Division games played and the rest of the top teams were involved in Senior Cup first round ties.

Angle lost 1-3 at home to Neyland, who have taken advantage to pick up their fourth win of the season which sees The Nomads go top of the table. Patrick McDonagh struck for the homesters, but the visitors sealed the points with goals scored by Wayne Parry, Kieron Howells and Geraint Rees.

Herbrandston suffered a heavy 0-5 defeat at home against Monkton Swifts. Craig Turner and Stuart James scored two apiece and Daniel Scourfield also added his name to the score sheet.

Milford United lost 0-3 at Marble Hall against Clarbeston Road, The Robins are still awaiting their first point of the season, and the visitors sealed a thoroughly deserved victory with goals scored by Tom Reubens, Greg Jackson and Tom Glover.

Laurie Haworth grabbed a brace for Merlins BridgeAnother team still looking for their first point of the season are Pennar Robins who lost 0-4 at Bush Camp against Narberth. A brace from Dafydd Wright and one each for Ceri Phillips and Chris Brown earned The Bluebirds their second win on the trot.

There were some cracking Senior Cup ties played. Starting with the top tie of the tie played at Phoenix Park where Goodwick United narrowly lost 2-3 against fellow first division outfit West Dragons. Jonny Horgan and Scott Delaney scored for the homesters, but the visitors sealed a surprise victory with a brace from striker Ashley Prior and a glancing header by Daryl Mansbridge.

Third Division Camrose lost 1-4 at home against hotly fancied Hakin United. Mikey Loveridge scored for the hosts, but The Vikings finished strongly with a hat-trick by hot-shot Nicky Woodrow and a solitary effort by teenager Ben Fawcett.

The holders Merlins Bridge easily brushed aside fellow first division opponents Lamphey 7-0 at the Racecourse. Two goals apiece for Nathan Greene and Laurie Haworth alongside one each for Luke Hayward, Joey George and Dai Davies.

Carew hammered Third Division opposition Milford Athletic 8-0 at home. Grabbing the goals for The Rooks were a terrific hat-trick by Zac Rowell, a brace for Scott Ferney, and one each for Alex Bayley, Morgan Scourfield and James Hinchliffe.
