Six out of the seven Manderwood Pembrokeshire Football First Division games were played on Saturday, as the games are now being played thick and fast.

Second from bottom Herbrandston were thrashed 0-9 at home against Carew, scoring for The Rooks were Jordan Richards (4), Scott Ferney (3), Ian Darbyshire and an own goal.

Lamphey lost 2-4 at home against Clarbeston Road, the visitors secured the points thanks to goals by Jason Griffiths (2), Tom Reubens and Mike Turpin; The Stags replied through Dano Kitts and Billy Davies.

Milford United lost 0-2 at Marble Hall against Merlins Bridge; there was one goal apiece for Will Haworth and Joe Leahy.

Narberth were well beaten 0-4 at Jesse Road against champions Hakin United. The Vikings’ Justin Harding, Gareth Fawcett, Craig Nicholson and Jack Wilson shared the goals to secure the points.

Pennar Robins won 4-2 against derby rivals Monkton Swifts at Pennar Robins. Mike Ryder bagged a brace alongside goals by Carl Rees and Connor Roberts. The Swifts replied in vain with two goals both scored by James Russell.

West Dragons were convincingly defeated 0-4 at home against Neyland. The Nomads’ scorers were Geraint Rees (2), Wayne Parry and Joe Charlton.

Angle v Goodwick United was postponed due to the home side unable to raise a team.
