Vikings run riot at Jesse Road

Hakin United remarkably scored seventeen goals without reply to secure a convincing victory against Narberth at Jesse Road.

Scott Davies’ Vikings bagged five goals in first half and twelve in the second as they totally dominated this clash.

Camron Thomas, Justin Harding (penalty), Mark Jones, Ashley Bevan and Shane Walsh all hit the back of the net in the first period.

In the second period goals continued to rain as Ben Aldred added the sixth, Walsh bagged the seventh, Harding on target with eighth, Kyle Quartermain own goal for number nine, Walsh got his hat-trick for the tenth.

Substitute Lawrie Haworth added the eleventh, Thomas added the twelfth, Haworth scored the thirteenth, Jack Britton banged in the fourteenth, Harding added the fifteenth, completed his hat-trick, Bevan added the sixteenth and Haworth bagged his hat-trick for goal number seventeen.

Clarbeston Road twice came from behind the salvage a draw with Hundleton at Knock field.

Clarby striker Jason Griffiths missed an early penalty chance as it stayed goalless at the interval.

In the 74th minute the visitors took the lead as Billy Davies made no mistake from the penalty spot.

There was a flurry of goals in the last five minutes, Griffiths made amends for his earlier penalty miss as he equalised.

In the 87th minute Connor Hay gave Hundleton the lead, at that point it looked as though he had scored the winner.

However, in the final twist a minute later at the other end, Matthew Davies equalised as both teams shared the spoils.

On fire Greene bags stunning hat-trick

Nathan Greene bagged an excellent hat-trick which earned current league leaders a thoroughly deserved win against Pennar Robins at Phoenix Park.

Wayne O’Sullivan’s team have no won six games on the bounce, plus it was their second win over the Robins, back in September the Phoenix Lads won 5-0 at Bush Camp.

The hosts opened the scoring in the 29th minute when Jonny Horgan set-up Greene inside the box.
Five minutes later they doubled the lead, Rhys Dalling with the assist for deadly Greene.

Five minutes after the break Jordan Thomas’ ball fell to skipper Scott Delaney who applied the finishing touch for the third.

Robins’ player manager Sam Southcott pulled one back, remarkably that’s the first goal Goodwick have conceded in six games.

In the 6th minute Rhys Dalling played in Greene who made no mistake with the fourth, giving the in-form striker his first hat-trick of the campaign.
