Andrew is awarded Glamorgan ‘Young Player’ for second year in succession
Glamorgan County Cricket Club recently held its annual awards dinner with a large crowd in attendance and former St Ishmaels all-rounder Andrew Salter won the Young Player award for the second successive year, receiving his prize from sports broadcaster, writer and former top rugby referee Alun Wyn Be
van.
Kieran Bull was also honoured with an award from a longstanding Balconiers member for the best Glamorgan performance by a spinner on debut since 1922, when he took 4 wickets at Canterbury against Kent at the start of September.
