There were 41 goals scored in six matches played in the Manderwood Pembrokeshire Football League on Saturday.

Pennar Robins lost 2-5 at home against league leaders Hakin United. Phil John and Rhys Lucas netted for the home outfit – but The Vikings secured maximum points with a hat-trick by Nicky Woodrow and Ben Fawcett and Leigh Marchant also found the back of the net.

Monkton Swifts narrowly lost 0-1 at home against Goodwick United; Rhys Dalling scored the crucial goal to secure the points for the title seeking Phoenix Lads.

Neyland lost 2-6 at home against Narberth. Wayne Parry scored a brace for The Nomads, but the visitors secured the points with a hat-trick from Jordan Richards and one goal apiece for Chris Brown, Luke Raymond and Dafydd Wright.

Clarbeston Road thrashed Angle 13-1 at home, leading the rout was Jason Griffiths who bagged seven and Matthew Griffiths struck a treble whilst there was one each for Tom Glover, Dan Rees and Mike Turpin. Nick Willis struck the only goal for struggling Angle.

Relegation haunted Herbrandston lost 0-6 at home against Merlins Bridge. The Wizards’ goals were shared by Joey George (3), Arron Devine, Joe Leahy and Dai Davies.

Milford United lost 1-3 at home against Carew. Scott Griffiths netted for The Robins, but a brace by Scott Ferney and Sam Christopher sealed victory for The Rooks.
