Monkton and Goodwick both win and stay joint top of table

Top of the table on goals difference Monkton Swifts won 4-1 against second from bottom derby rivals Pennar Robins at Monkton Lane.  Shaun Jones, Ryan Griffiths, Jake Seaton and Tom Powell netted for the Swifts, and Ceri Griffiths scored a consolation for the Robins.

Goodwick United joint top with the Swifts, but have played one more game, beat struggling St Clears 5-0 at home. Matty Delaney (2), Jake Smith, Kieran O’Brien plus Jordan Griffiths were all on target for The Phoenix Boys.

Narberth were heavily beaten 0-8 against third in the table Merlins Bridge at Jesse Road. Leading the rout for The Wizards were Will Haworth with a stunning hat-trick and a brace apiece for Nathan Greene and Adam Hawkins and defender Simon Gilderdale added his name to the score sheet.

Fourth placed Fishguard Sports won 3-0 against bottom of the table Saundersfoot Sports at Tregroes. Steve Lewis netted a well-taken brace alongside a solitary Niall Kinsella effort.

Clarbeston Road deservedly defeated Carew 5-2 at Knock Fields. Road player manager Matty Ellis struck twice with Ben John, Richard Bevan and Charlie George all finding the net for Clarby. In reply, Jordan Richards and Sam Christopher scored in vain for The Rooks.

At the Obs, Hakin United won 4-1 against close rivals Neyland. Adam ‘Titch’ John scored a superb brace for The Vikings and Justin Harding and Camron Thomas also hit the target. Jason Griffiths scored a late consolation for The Nomads.
