There were five from six games scheduled completed in the Manderwood Pembrokeshire Football League First Division on Saturday.

Angle were hammered 1-8 against league leaders Hakin United at Windmill Lane. The Vikings are three points clear with six games to go as they have the title firmly fixed in their sights. Nicky Woodrow bagged four goals alongside a brace apiece for Alex Ouzman and Adam ‘Titch’ John, Angle’s only scorer was James Potter.

Goodwick United slipped to a disappointing 2-3 defeat against Pennar Robins at Phoenix Park. Scott Delaney and Jordan Griffiths netted for the homesters, but the visitors secured the points with a brace by Jason Donohoe and a solitary effort by Craig Asparassa.

Monkton Swifts narrowly lost 2-3 against second placed Merlins Bridge at Monkton Lane. Dan Scourfield and a penalty by Ryan Griffiths scored for The Swifts, but The Wizards wrapped up the points with goals by Joe Leahy, Luke Hayward and Stephen McNabney.

West Dragons kept themselves in the race for the title by thrashing Narberth 5-0 at the Pavilion Ground. Morgan Thomas scored a terrific brace alongside goals for Simon Gilderdale, Ashley Williams and an own goal.
