Hakin United struck six unanswered second half goals to pick up an impressive victory against Merlins Bridge in their own backyard.
 
After a goalless first half, the Vikings put the Wizards to the sword with an impressive display.
 
Wizards’ James Dickson was outstanding the keeper pulled off a string of top drawer saves to deny the visitors, but the relentless pressure eventually took its toll in the second half.
 
Shane Walsh opened the scoring when Nicky Woodrow’s goal bound header was parried by Dickson only for the substitute to profit at the far post.
 
Ten minutes later Walsh added the second from a pinpoint cross from the left by Camron Thomas, Woodrow headed home the third, before Mark Jones was upended in the box by Andrew John for a definite penalty which Luby lashed into the roof of the net for goal number four.
 
Super sub Walsh grabbed his hat-trick when he delightfully curled his effort into the top corner from the edge of the 18 yard box for the fifth, three minutes from the end Woodrow guided home from a Luby cross inside the six-yard box to wrap up proceedings.

Rooks are in seventh heaven

 

Carew 7 – Fishguard Sports 0

 
A scintillating second half performance earned Carew a convincing victory against Fishguard Sports at the Recreation Ground.
 
Marcus Griffiths struck an early goal which was the only goal of the opening 45 minutes.
 
However, after the interval the Rooks took full control as they grabbed six further goals without reply as they picked up their seventh win of the season.
 
Muskett was on target with the second, minutes later the same man scored the third from the spot, defender Shaun Whitfield found the back of the net for the fourth, five minutes later Sam Southcott added the fifth.
 
Muskett drilled in the sixth to chalk up his hat-trick, five minutes from the end Charlie Perkins was on target with goal number seven.

Steele double sinks Clarby

Clarbeston Road 1 – Monkton Swifts 3

 
Ben Steele - scored twice for Monkton SwiftsMonkton Swifts came from behind to secure a hard fought victory against Clarbeston Road at Knockfield.
 
The hosts started brightly as Josh Wood struck past Taylor Gullam which gave Clarby an early advantage.
 
But the Swifts levelled matters in the 38th minute as Ben Steele struck, on stroke of half time Steele added his second which gave the Swifts a slender 2-1 cushion at the break.
 
 
In the 78th minute the visitors grabbed a crucial third as man of the match Steele set-up Declan Carroll who found the back of Ryan Mansell’s net.

Kilgetty too hot for struggling Tish

Callum Procter - added a late fourth goal for KilgettyFifth placed Kilgetty picked up a thoroughly deserved victory against St Ishmaels at the Kingsmoor Ground.
 
Gerard Gray’s Tish outfit took the lead as Joel Morgan struck, but five minutes before the break Steve Thomas equalised from the spot.
 
Oscar Miles struck shortly after the break which gave Kilgetty the lead, minutes later Henry Lawrence lashed home the third as the hosts took control.
 
Two minutes from the end midfielder Callum Proctor added the fourth which secured the points for Kilgetty who are seventh in the table whilst Tish have slipped into the relegation zone.

Pennar beat Neyland to move out of drop zone

Corey Richards - netted for NeylandSuper sub Sean Edmundson drilled in a crucial second half penalty that secured victory for Pennar Robins against gritty Neyland at Bush Camp.
 
This win sees Pennar move out of the bottom two as Neyland must have felt they should have had a point at the very least in this competitive tussle.
 
Rory Williams pulled off a cracking early save to deny Mike Chandler, midway through the half Patrick Hannon tipped an effort over the crossbar.
 
In the 36th minute the Nomads broke the deadlock as Chandler squared to Corey Richards who made no mistake with a six yard tap-in.
 
The Nomads started well in the second half as Aidan Rees drilled wide, minutes later keeper Williams blocked Rees’s close range shot.
 
In the 54th minute the Robins levelled matters when Adam Cole struck a superb half volley which flew in the top corner.
 
Craig Asparassa missed a good chance as he skied his effort, the hosts were awarded a penalty for handball, up stepped substitute Edmondson who drilled in the far corner to ensure his team picked up the crucial points.

Goodwick rout ten-man Saints

 

St Clears 3 – Goodwick United 10

 
Rhys Jones - bagged a hat-trick for Goodwick UnitedLeague leaders Goodwick United cruised to victory at bottom of the table ten-man St Clears.
 
The Saints took an early lead as Steffan Jenkins struck, in the 15th minute Will Haworth equalised as Saints had Jason Baxter was sent off.
 
Rhys Jones added the second, Rhys Dalling made no mistake with the third, Jones added the fourth, Luke Hayward the fifth and Nathan Greene the sixth.
 
After the interval Jon Seeley pulled one back for the Saints, but Goodwick continued to press as substitute Hawkins was on target with the seventh, battling Saints pulled another back through Jenkins which was his second of the game.
 
In the 80th minute Jones added goal number eight which was the midfielder’s hat-trick, Hayward added the ninth plus Hawkins drilled home the tenth.
