CRICKET COACH EDUCATION PROGRAMME
FEB – APR 2012
The following cricket coach education workshops will be held at Tenby Leisure Centre on the following dates and times: -
COACH DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS
Cost £25 each
Designed for coaches who wish to further develop their coaching skills in specific areas and / or prepare for the ECB Club Coach Award.
Sun 19 Feb, 9am - 12Noon: CDW No 4 – Net Coaching – Closing Date 18 Jan
Sun 19 Feb, 1pm - 4pm: CDW No 6 – Coaching a Team – Closing Date 18 Jan
Sun 04 Mar, 9am - 12Noon: CDW No 3 – Bowling – Closing Date 30 Jan
Sun 04 Mar, 1 - 4pm: CDW No 5 – Fielding (incl. wicket keeping) – Closing Date 30 Jan
Sun 25 Mar, 9am - 12Noon: CDW No 1 – Batting 1 – Closing Date 17 Feb
Sun 25 Mar, 1pm - 4pm: CDW No 2 – Batting 2 – Closing Date 17 Feb
Any queries should be directed to me (details below) to whom all applications should be submitted by the above closing dates, together with the appropriate fee, and made payable to CricketWales Ltd. Places on all workshops will be decided on a ‘first come, first served’ basis so an early application, with fee, is therefore advisable. One Application Form per Person, for any or all workshops, is obtainable from the CricketWales website at www.cbw.org.uk, and then clicking on ‘Coaching’ and ‘application form’.
Community Chest funding is available and an application form can be obtained by contacting Mr Alan Jones at County Hall (Tel 01437 776191 or e-mailing alan.jones@pembrokeshire.gov.uk). Closing date for the completion and return of these forms is Mon 23 Jan 2012 in order to meet the next Community Chest Panel Meeting; please note that grants cannot be given in retrospect.
