Pembrokeshire Gymnasts

are now Welsh stars

Once again Haverfordwest Gymnastics Club has had success after the recent Welsh Artistic Squad Trial.

The girls undertook a gruelling five-hour trial which tested both flexibility, conditioning and vital skill elements required for potential elite gymnasts. It was then announced later that month that Seren Rowland-Higgins, aged 5 from Spittal, Ellen Dalling, aged 6 from Scleddau, and Isla Davies, aged 7 from Haverfordwest, had successfully secured themselves a place in the Welsh Squad.

They will now be required to attend weekly training sessions at Swansea Gymnastics club and monthly sessions at the National Sports Centre of Wales in Cardiff. They are three very talented gymnasts who work extremely hard and will learn a great deal from being part of such a high standard squad with excellent coaching and opportunities.
